Hi I'm Kirsten and I'm so glad you're here.  I am a licensed clinical social worker with years of professional experience supporting individuals and families in identifying key healthy coping skills, that lead to successful lives.


In addition to my therapeutic services, I also offer individual and group clinical supervision hours for fee to licensed social workers seeking clinical supervision hours.


I can help you address single event or chronic trauma, identify barriers to your own success, address family systems challenges, or help you identify your own goals for therapeutic growth.

I have professional experience working with Juvenile Justice and the Child Welfare populations to include young children, youth and their families. I have a robust background in supporting family safety and well-being and strong knowledge base on factors relating to infant mental health, trauma, juvenile delinquency, family conflict, substance use, child abuse and neglect.

Psychodynamic Therapy

This approach focuses on addressing trauma and depression through psychoanalysis and unconscious feelings and thoughts and how they impact one's past or present. 

Solution Focused Brief Therapy:

This approach uses goal focused therapy to construct solutions rather than focusing on problems or obstacles.

Relational Therapy

This approach recognizes that mutually rewarding relationships are needed for one's emotional well being and explores the ways social and familial factors impact personal relationships.

Psychotherapy & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

A focus on identifying and changing thoughts, emotions and behaviors. CBT focuses intentionally on ways of thinking, behaving and reacting in new ways to reduce anxiety or fear.
